Return Initiation Within 7 Days Policy:

"At Bellastyle.ca, we want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If for any reason you are not satisfied, you may initiate a return within 7 days of receiving your order. To initiate a return, please follow these simple steps

• Log into your Customer Account with Bella Styles to initiate your return in the Return Form.

• If you don't have an account, contact our customer service team at return@bellastyles.ca within 7 days of receiving your order to request a return authorization

• Email photos of the item(s) with and without the packaging before shipping back.
  

• Our customer service team will provide you with a return authorization number and instructions on how to return your item(s) with a return shipping label

• Pack the item(s) securely in the original packaging, if possible, and include the return authorization number on the package

• Ship the item(s) back to us using the shipping label provided from us. Please note that you will be responsible for the return shipping costs

• We will pay the return shipping costs if the return is a result of our error (you received an incorrect or defective item, etc)

• Once we receive your return, our team will inspect the item(s) to ensure they are in their original condition and packaging

• Upon approval, we will issue a refund to your original payment method for the full purchase price of the item(s) returned, excluding any shipping costs

• Please allow up to 14 days after shipping for the refund to be returned

Please note that items must be returned in their original condition, unworn, and with tags attached. We reserve the right to refuse returns that do not meet these criteria. Returns initiated after the 7-day period will not be accepted
